Bacteria: Salmonella spp., Shigella spp., enterotoxigenic Staphylococcus aureus, and the five diarrheagenic Escherichia coli pathotypes—enteroaggregative E. coli (EAEC), enteropathogenic E. coli (EPEC), enterotoxigenic E. coli (ETEC), enterohemorrhagic E. coli (EHEC), enteroinvasive E. coli (EIEC)—as well as E. coli O157.
